Set on exec tool call updates when a command starts in a persistent shell session. The value is the shell’s effective working directory at command start, which can differ from the agent session’s cwd after cd or when reusing a named shell. Clients use it to render an “in ” indicator on terminal tool calls. Like [ShellIdMeta], this struct is designed to be merged standalone into any tool call’s _meta via [Meta::merge_into].
