requested distinguishes an explicitly requested background run
(run_in_background — the card completes early) from a foreground
command that was implicitly backgrounded (timeout/interrupt — the card
stays live for streamed output). shell_id and command are present on
both paths when known, so clients can build their background-shell tray
entry from the update alone.
