get_output tool calls when the
model supplied a timeout argument, in milliseconds. Clients render it
as command-card chrome (e.g. a “Timeout: 1m 5s” indicator below the
card) rather than as terminal text.
Like [TerminalCwdMeta], this struct is designed to be merged standalone
into any tool call’s _meta via [Meta::merge_into].
