cognition.ai/statelessShellReplay is a client-only cloud replay capability.
Protocol v2 with literal true in capabilities._meta enables stateless
replay and native terminals, including completion-safe reducers, page merges,
standalone output, and event-identity chunk deduplication.
All other connections retain legacy behavior, including v1 with this flag.
Clients can send both capability fields for protocol negotiation.
The proxy fixes this mode on the first successful initialize; reconnects
renegotiate. Local and third-party connectors must not advertise it.
Stamped updates use the process id; ownerless updates use
terminal-event:<event_id> and carry no command or completion semantics.
Clients must not infer ownership from shell ids or completion from generic
session shutdown. Completions outside loaded history remain unknown.
