CognitionAcp.ResponseDimensionKindPayload

The value shape of a [ResponseDimensionPayload], mirroring the API’s ResponseDimension.dimension oneof. A cumulative metric keeps its numeric value and formatting so a client can keep summing it across turns; every other kind is last-write-wins.
