Installed entries of the installed half and
absent for every other entry. A request for the available half alone
still describes an offered plugin that happens to be installed — the state
keeps the truthful verdict (installed, or its real blocked/unsupported
status) so the entry is not misrendered as an open offer, and its display
metadata and assets are read live from the installed content — but its
resolved-only fields stay absent. Ask for the installed half (or both) to
get the resolved details.
