Set by the chisel agent on exec tool calls, computed from the command line with the agent-side (tree-sitter–backed) shell parser: leading shell-state commands (cd repo && git status → ["git"]) and wrappers (sudo make install → ["make"]) are skipped, and pipeline formatting helpers are dropped when a more meaningful command remains (git log | head -3 → ["git"]). Clients use it for the command-card title (e.g. “Command git”) instead of re-parsing the command themselves. Like [TerminalCwdMeta], this struct is designed to be merged standalone into any tool call’s _meta via [Meta::merge_into].
