ListSessionsRequest’s _meta, using cognition.ai/ keys.
Used by the client to pass filter parameters when listing sessions.
The fields from creators through limit are the extended filters:
only send them when the server advertises
cognition.ai/sessionListExtendedFilters. Each maps 1:1 onto the same
filter of the cloud REST /v2sessions endpoint, so their accepted values
are the REST ones.
