cognition.ai/replayBatch — client capability flag indicating that the
client accepts _cognition.ai/session_update_batch extension
notifications during session/load / session/resume replay: one
notification carrying several session/update params in id order.
When absent or false, the proxy sends each replayed update as its own
session/update notification.
