Sent by the client after a [REVERT_EXECUTE_METHOD] targeting a question
step (and after reloading the session), to start the turn that re-asks the
question. The agent re-seeds the turn from the preserved assistant message
at question_node_id — no re-inference — and runs it through the normal
tool pipeline, which re-issues the question elicitation.
The request behaves like session/prompt: it stays pending for the whole
turn and resolves with the turn’s stop reason. It can be cancelled with
session/cancel like any other turn.
