# CognitionAcp.WorkflowsListResponse

Response payload for \[`WORKFLOWS_LIST_METHOD`].

Reuses \[`WorkflowMigrationResult`] with **predicted** outcomes: `migrated`
means the workflow *would be* migrated, `skipped` means a same-named skill
already exists and it *would be* left in place ([`skill_path`] points at
the blocker). `failed` is never produced and [`error`] is always absent.
