# CognitionAcp.TerminalCwdMeta

> Metadata carrying the working directory a shell command runs in.

Set on exec tool call updates when a command starts in a persistent shell
session. The value is the shell's effective working directory at command
start, which can differ from the agent session's cwd after `cd` or when
reusing a named shell. Clients use it to render an "in " indicator on
terminal tool calls.

Like \[`ShellIdMeta`], this struct is designed to be merged standalone into
any tool call's `_meta` via \[`Meta::merge_into`].
