# CognitionAcp.PluginAssets

> What a plugin contributes: its skills, rules, hooks, and MCP servers, by name.

A user deciding whether to accept an offer needs to see *which* skills,
rules, hooks, and servers they are taking on, not how many — so these are
lists,
populated for installed and offered plugins alike. On
\[`PLUGINS_LIST_METHOD`] each list may be capped for response size, with
the true size in the matching `*Total` field; \[`PLUGINS_ASSETS_METHOD`]
returns them uncapped.
