# CognitionAcp.LocalAccessRequestedMeta

> Metadata for a tool call — a cloud session asks the user to connect a local machine to it.

Metadata for a `local_access_requested` tool call — a cloud session asks the
user to connect a local machine to it.

Discriminated by the required `connectCommand` field. Clients that support
`cognition.ai/localTools` can approve the request with the pairing code;
other clients show the `devin connect` command instead.

```typescript
type LocalAccessRequestedMeta = void
```
