# CognitionAcp.CognitionMasterPlanObservationMeta

Master plan payload on the hidden tool calls the proxy emits for
`updated_master_plan` (carries `plan`), `user_update_master_plan`
(carries `plan` / `currentStep`) and `new_master_plan_step` (carries
`step`). Rows render nothing; the client plan projection reads them.

The name predates the move from observations to tool calls and is kept:
it is a public wire type whose generated TS/Python bindings
(`zCognitionMasterPlanObservationMeta`) are consumed downstream.
