# CognitionAcp.AvailabilityInfo

> Freshness of the discovery cache the offered half is served from.

The cache is filled by a background walk of the governance manifest tree,
one origin at a time, each walked to exhaustion or not at all: a walk that
hits a failure aborts and leaves the origin's previous snapshot in place.
So the offered half is either an origin's complete graph or its last
complete graph — never a partial one — and this is what says which.
