# CognitionAcp.ActionsRequestMeta

> Metadata for an tool call — the agent asks the user to approve one or more actions before it runs them.

Metadata for an `actions_request` tool call — the agent asks the user to
approve one or more actions before it runs them.

`actions_approval` and `actions_rejection` carry only `requestId`, which
correlates them back to the request.
